Born in El-Minia in 1976. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Minia University in 1999, and holds MA (2006) and Ph.D. (2011) in art studies. He is a member of the Fine Arts Syndicate and currently lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Minia University. He has participated in many exhibitions at Opera House in Cairo, Minia University, Assiut University and South Valley University. Hisham has held several solo exhibitions in the Faculty of Fine Arts, Minia University (2011,2015 ,2016,2018). His paintings are part of permanent collections of many governmental organizations.
