Visual artist Shady Abu-ridah was born in Kafr Al Sheikh Governorate in 1984, and lived in Rashid, then moved to Minya to study art at the Faculty of Fine Arts in 2001, and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2006, ranked first with honors in the Graphic Department, and he now works as a teacher at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Minya University.He practices graphic art and painting, and participated in many exhibitions, including the twenty-first and twenty-third youth salon exhibition, the fourth national graphic exhibition, the Egyptian-American printing exhibition "MEETING THE OTHER" at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Nebraska, America 2010, and the exhibition "Agenda" 2020 at Bibliotheca Alexandria
